Shipping and Processing Fees
The shipping charges are to compensate Wall Doo’s for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. Wall Doo's ships only to the US but you may contact us regarding an international shipment by email at customerservice@walldoos.com and we can then quote any additional fees for shipping that would be required.

Once your order is submitted if you have noticed an error or omission you will need to contact us at orders@walldoos.com with the subject line of “order correction” and we will respond with instructions on what you will need to do for us to correct. Please also review the terms and conditions for returns, refunds and exchanges.

Hyperlinks to other Web Sites
To the extent our Web Site contains hyperlinks to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Wall Doo’s does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any hyperlink thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource. You should also visit their privacy policy since it may not be the same as Wall Doo’s policy.

Most of our products displayed on our Web Site are available at our storefront. For more information on our storefront please email us at customerservice@walldoos.com. The prices displayed on our Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.

Wall Doo’s works hard at bringing only quality products to your attention for purchase and use. Wall Doo’s display’s pictures for products sold through this Website.

Wall Doo’s try’s to display the colors of the products shown on this Website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of color depends, in part, upon the type of computer monitor used by you and or the quality of the pictures we are provided from the manufacturers.

Activities such as misrepresenting the identity of a user, tampering with this website, conducting fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited and will be enforced.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Order cancellations
We will accept returns for a full refund less shipping costs if the items are returned undamaged and have the original label and packing materials. Just ship them back to us we suggest you use a delivery confirmation to insure it is received. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt if a credit card was used for purchase that card will be credited. Certain specialty items may not be refundable if they are a made to order product in terms of size and or color. Please notify us for instructions on all returns at refunds@walldoos.com
